Across your whole India journey
LionQuest is independent Dutch eyes on a European company's operation in India — before you arrive, while you operate, and when things go wrong.
Problem:
You're weighing an India decision and need ground truth before you commit — on partners, premises, people, and the practicalities nobody writes down. From a distance, the hardest thing to see is what entry will really cost you in time, attention, and avoidable mistakes.
What we do:
We give you been-there guidance, not theory. The founder has personally navigated banking, visa and registration reality, incorporation pitfalls, hiring and managing Indian teams, vendor relationships, and the gap between good-enough and a Dutch finish — and tells you what to expect and whom to call. We help you sidestep the expensive mistakes and route you to the right licensed professionals for the decisions that need them. We'll even tell you "not yet" — our advice doesn't depend on you going ahead. This is guidance and routing, not formal legal, visa, or tax advice.
How we guide entry into IndiaBefore you arrive
This can include:
Reading a market or a prospective partner before you commit — company-level due diligence, done through our network rather than the brochure
The practical ground: banking, office and permits, digital onboarding, and the calendar that planning forgets
The expensive traps, named early: the permanent-establishment mistake,
the joint-venture information gap, the quality-standards gapWorking across the culture both ways — reading "yes," leading an Indian team, and coaching your own people on Dutch directness
Integrity and bureaucracy: how to refuse, escalate, and document, so the company never needs a shortcut
Orientation on visa, incorporation, taxes, housing and transportation — with the right professional named for each
While you operate
Problem:
Your Indian operation runs thousands of kilometres from your boardroom. The numbers arrive and the updates reassure — but you want someone you trust close to it, seeing what a report doesn't.
What we do:
We give you independent, standards-anchored reviews of your operation — its physical security, its risk posture, the distance between what's reported and what's real. The reviews and reporting are produced from the Netherlands and issued by the company; in India, the founder attends meetings and makes short specialist visits, and work on the ground is carried out by carefully selected partners. We report to your European board as an independent observer — never as management of your Indian company. Where you want continuing independent oversight, we arrange that with you directly.
How we keep independent eyes on your operationWhat you can engage:
Modular Security Assessment — a configurable, standards-anchored review of a named site's physical security, with risk-rated findings and prioritised recommendations, signed and ready for board-level review. You choose the modules, standards, and depth; the method is shown beside every finding.
Security Design Advisory — the same method on the drawing board: advising on a project's physical-security envelope at design and construction stage, while it can still be shaped rather than retrofitted.
When things go wrong
Problem:
A partner, an employee, a contract — something has failed, and you need it resolved with discretion and discipline, not drama. The information is thin, the clock is running, and you're deciding in the dark from a long way away.
What we do:
We're the first call in the confused early days. We triage what's happened, take the board's side of the table, and route the work into vetted, appropriate hands — coordinating it, quality-managing it, and keeping you decision-grade informed in writing throughout. Where a matter carries legal exposure, it runs under your counsel. And we're honest about a small firm's limits: you get a named senior person, a first assessment within an agreed window, and a network that can move — not a false promise of round-the-clock cover.
How we help you solve problems on the groundWhat you can engage:
Investigation Process Design — we design, build, and train your own internal investigation function: the methodology, the evidence and interview standards, the escalation and integrity discipline, and the training to apply it — anchored in published standards and built to stand up to a board, a regulator, or a court. We design the process; your people, or a partner you engage, run the work under it.
Vendor selection and quality management — company-level vetting and orchestrated replacement of a vendor or partner that's let you down, with milestone-verified transitions.
How we price - We don't publish prices. Every company, every operation, and every problem is different — so each engagement is scoped and priced individually, after a conversation about what you actually need.
How we work - Our analysis is supported by AI systems that LionQuest builds and supervises, and ground work is carried out by carefully selected partners. The judgement, the method, and the signature are always human.
Every engagement begins the same way: a free 20-minute introduction call with the founder. Bring the question as it actually stands — half-formed is fine. You leave with a clearer picture, whether or not we work together.
