LionQuest B.V. (LionQuest, we) respects your privacy and handles your personal data carefully and in line with the GDPR.
This statement explains what we collect through lionquest.nl, why, and what your rights are.

Who we are.

What we collect and why.

(1) If you use our contact or intro-call form, we process your name, email address and the content of your message, so we can respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, take steps towards an engagement. Basis: taking steps at your request prior to a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Who processes your data.

Our website is hosted by Squarespace, and form submissions reach us by email through Google Workspace. These providers act as our processors under a data-processing agreement. Because they are US-based, your data may be transferred outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 12 months. Enquiries that become a client relationship: kept as part of that engagement's records for the duration of the engagement and the period required afterwards.

Your rights.

You may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, or object to our use of it. Email inquire@lionquest.nl.
You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

No automated decisions.

We do not make automated decisions or profile you on this site.
